Smith Senior Center Hosts Advocacy Workshop

The Smith Senior Center is offering a free Advocacy Workshop for Seniors

Greensboro, NCParticipants will learn how to raise their voice for community issues that matter to them in an interactive setting led by Michelle Gill-Moffat with the Greensboro Parks and Recreation Department.  The workshop allows participants the opportunity to work in groups, brainstorm about current issues and possible solutions, and practice presenting their ideas to elected officials.Information about this program and other classes and activities offered at Smith Senior Center is available online or by calling 336-373-7564.
